The Stockton Group has been Vail's top team for a decade, starting in 2014 and achieving over $2.4 billion in sales. They became part of Compass in 2021, leading the launch of Compass Colorado's ultra-luxury Vail mountain market. To distinguish them from competitors, our objective was to reposition them as a lifestyle real estate brand. The final mark, crafted by Jared Sawdey, drew inspiration from ski runs and mountain trails.

Three comprehensive brand system directions including a logo suite, email, digital and print advertising, direct mail, swag, OOH, and gifting.


Brand Discovery

We conducted an interactive working session with the client to gather insights that would guide the creative direction. In this session, we utilized a collection of images and words, collaborating with the client to identify elements that resonated with them. The outcome of this exercise was the creation of mood boards, which served as inspiration for each designer in shaping their unique concepts.
